Who can use the service
You must be an adult and able to enter into a purchase agreement where you live. Use accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. The service is an independent creative tool, not an official artist, music label or social platform service.
Permission comes first
You must have the rights and permission needed to submit every photo and create the resulting media. Every person depicted must be an adult. Do not use the service for explicit sexual material, exploitation, harassment, deceptive impersonation, fraud or unlawful content. Do not misrepresent a generated performance as a real event or endorsement.
How generation works
Your selected scene guides the performance; AI interprets the appearance references. Results can contain artifacts or differ from your expectations. Likeness, motion, clothing and output quality are not guaranteed. The sample is illustrative, not a promised result. Generated audio is original AI output and does not include an artist recording.
Credits and payment
One-time packs cost $9.90 for one video, $19.90 for three, or $29.90 for five; they do not expire. A $39.90 monthly plan includes ten videos per billing month, and a $359 yearly plan includes one hundred for the billing year. Subscriptions renew until canceled, and unused subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable billing period. Each default video uses 50 credits. Failed jobs return consumed credits; successful jobs use credits even if you prefer a different creative result. Payment refunds follow our refund policy and applicable consumer rights.
One delivery, one video
A paid pack or plan grants 50 credits per included video. Credits are deducted once when a generation starts and returned if the job fails. You can download an eligible completed result without the site's preview watermark. Review the current balance and cost before creating another video.
Three consecutive visit days
Registration and first sign-in grant no credits. For eligible users whose first source is outside ChatGPT, opening the signed-in site on three consecutive UTC calendar days grants 50 credits once, enough for one default watermark-free video. Days one and two show progress only; a missed day resets the unfinished streak. ChatGPT first-touch users receive no free credits. Purchased rights are unaffected by visit progress. Free use is subject to account and daily service limits.
Availability and review
Third-party processors and networks can be unavailable or delayed. The service checks submitted content and generated results, but automated checks are not perfect. We may reject a request or restrict an account when needed to address prohibited activity, payment disputes or security issues. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Sharing your output
Review your complete video before sharing it. Follow the rules of the platform where you post, including any required AI-generated content labels. Your right to use a result depends on the permissions for the inputs and other content in that result. This service does not grant rights to music, trademarks or another person's likeness.
